Competition Day 2:

Maddie with an early birthday present!

Aby and I got the girls each a Nintendo ds since we knew it was going to be a LONG day! I told Maddie it was part of her birthday present... I couldn't justify spending that much on something just 3 days before her birthday! We had to be in Ft. Worth at 7:45 AM on Sunday and we left at about 9:00 PM!!! LONG DAY!!!

Makinley, Madison and Maddie THRILLED with their ds! It was so funny to see them all playing...just about every girl there had one. We went to lunch and they all took them...they were so funny sending messages to each other all sitting at the same table. I guess it was worth my 2 1/2 hours and 3 stores to get them!!! You OWE me Aby! LOL!!

Poor Kenz... stuck with her old Leapster! She is happy with it though-thank goodness! LOL!

Daddy and Kenz

1st Place~National Champions
The girls won first place in cheer and dance!! They did an awesome job!!! They got sweatshirts for winning and a backpack...no trophy, you have to buy those-ridiculous! (The big trophy goes to the gym.)

The girls displaying their signs. They might not look like 6 hours worth of work, but yes, sad to say, yes... 6 HOURS!! The Miss Tammy's group was AWESOME though...signs, noise, cheering!! We won a pizza party for our spirit! It was fun!!
And...thanks Christal for coming both days! I loved having you there!!!
