I'm back...

I can't believe I went a MONTH without posting!! No real reason, other than being busy and just not getting around to it! Here is a little of what we have been up to the last month...

Valentine's...the day after!

The girls drug some of their animals into the living room and arranged them for a picture... Maddie had her camera in there taking pics of Kenzie with the animals. Too funny... I wonder where they get it?

I didn't get any pictures ON Valentine's day...it was a busy day. Dustin had a basketball tournament, Maddie had Miss Tammy's and I had a jewelry show. Nonnie took Maddie to Cleburne for me, and Granny took Kenzie with her to watch Caleb's dirt bike race. After the jewelry show, I rounded up the girls and headed home. We got home about 5 and left again at 5:30 for dinner and a movie at the church. Our youth group had a fundraiser for summer camp... they served dinner and showed "Fireproof" for the adults, and they provided childcare complete with dinner and a movie for them. It was a fun night!!

Valentine's Day is not one of our 3 approved parties for the school year... so I guess these kind of days would be called "non-parties!" It was one of those crazy days and plenty of sugar to go around for all!

Working on Valentine's

Maddie did such a great job this year writing out all of her Valentine cards... she did 2 for each kid in her class and the other class they were exchanging with (we had way too many cards!!). She had little stacks for each kid and checked them off her list as she went. She is growing up so fast!!

Kenzie did all of her own cards too... she didn't sign them, but she covered them in stickers and glitter. She had about 60 cards too... for the 2 other kids she stays with! LOL!!
