On Thursday, we got out of school at 1:00 because of the snow! It had started snowing that morning, so by the time we left school, there was already lots of snow! Usually when it snows, it melts...but not this time!!! After we got home from a late lunch, we bundled up and went out to play!
Daddy was working on the snowman while the girls played in the snow.

After playing in the snow for a little while, we warmed up and took a nice, LONG nap!! LOVE it!! We made a quick trip to the store and then played in the snow some more. It snowed all day and into the night...so amazing!!!

What an AWESOME day!! I know people up north think we are crazy for going on and on about the snow, but this just doesn't happen here. It is funny looking on facebook at everyone's snow pictures...I bet the people that get this snow all the time don't rush out to make snowmen at the first sign of snow! We have really enjoyed it...wouldn't want it all the time, but a couple of days is great!!
