Damien and Joanna invited us to Baytown for New Year's Eve. We ended up going to Dustin's cousin, Robert's house in Austin first...so we left on Wednesday for Austin. It was great visiting Robert and Misti and their new house is so cute!! On Thursday after lunch, we left for Baytown. The traffic wasn't bad except for at the Buc-ee's pit stop...the greatest convenience store ever!We had fun relaxing and meeting new people at their NYE get-together. It was a fun night and the kids enjoyed playing together.
Joanna and I shopped pretty much all day on New Year's so we ended up staying an extra night. It was nice to just have a girls' shopping day!
